An emotional education tool powered by AI. Through an avatar, it helps identify emotions and practice micro-actions to manage stress, mild anxiety, blocks, and overload in the workplace.

How does it work?

  • The user briefly interacts with the avatar voluntarily
  • The avatar guides an emotional check-in
  • Suggests practical micro-content (5-10 min) and recommendations
  • If it detects a need, it discreetly refers to a professional

Why your feedback?

We want to validate with HR/Wellbeing specialists the real fit in companies: usability, integration into wellbeing programs, and conditions for a voluntary pilot.

Me Growth is a preventive wellbeing tool. It does not offer diagnosis or replace psychologists. It is not intended for crisis situations.
