No. Premium includes 7 sessions of up to 15 minutes each week, with a maximum of 3 sessions per day. Sessions don't roll over: what you don't use this week doesn't carry to the next.
Every week, automatically. A new week starts and all your sessions are available again, whether you used the previous ones or not.
No. Premium has a maximum of 3 sessions per day to keep the rhythm of your conversations. We think of it as about one session a day on average, with room for more intense days.
Yes. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. If you cancel, you keep Premium access until the end of the paid period.
